Our guest speaker this year is Rebecca Shambaugh, who will share with us her research on how and why women professionals get stuck between the demands of everyday life and the demands of everyday work. Identifying those sticking points, Ms. Shambaugh then outlines how to stay (or get) unstuck without coming unglued at work or at home. Her executive training program is designed specifically to help women keep moving forward at work and in life.
