Partner Michael White has more than 20 years of experience in complex civil litigation, employment, labor, administrative, contract, and construction law. Mr. White regularly litigates complex legal disputes before courts and administrative agencies throughout the United States including claims involving construction contracts and disputes, discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, violation of noncompetition, trade secret and confidentiality agreements, wage and hour issues, licensing disputes, constitutional law, and employment-related tort claims.
Of Counsel Robert Tompkins focuses his practice on government contracts matters, including representation of 8(a) and other small businesses. He has litigated numerous bid protests at the contracting officer level, the Government Accountability Office, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Tompkins also counsels clients on the strategic value and use of protests and on developing proposal and RFP response strategies designed to avoid protests where possible.
Associate Christine Williams advises clients on matters involving construction contracts and contract litigation. Ms. Williams also advises clients on a wide range of business interests, including navigating complex government contract opportunities and requirements. Ms. Williams regularly advises contractors and subcontractors on bid protests, negotiation of contracts, preparation of claims, and litigation.
