Firm Leadership

The Executive Committee is the firm’s senior policy and decision-making body, addressing issues such as the direction and expansion of the firm, our budget, and recommendation of partner candidates . The Management Committee, headed by the managing partner, handles day-to-day operations of the firm, appoints members of—and acts on recommendations from—other firm committees, establishes policies, and coordinates the annual associate evaluation process. A Chief Operating Officer, who sits ex officio on the Executive and Management Committees, administers firm policies and procedures.
