Ahead of its law firm peers, Patton Boggs created an innovative program called Patton Boggs University (PBU).
PBU has been written up in industry publications and is recognized throughout the legal community as a model for organizational learning, professional development and personal enrichment. PBU is a catalyst for every Patton Boggs employee to reach their full potential. Initially a technology based training program for secretaries, PBU has grown to include training for attorneys in substantive areas of law and provides job related training for all staff. We believe empowering our employees contributes to the achievement of the firm’s mission to provide exceptional legal services to its clients.
