Summer Associate Program

Patton Boggs’ summer associate program helps prepare law students for the practice of law and provides a clear and comprehensive understanding of what attorney life is like at the firm. Participants can expect to not only be immersed in our culture, but to experience the realities of being a lawyer.

We have high expectations of our summer associates and full confidence in their abilities. The work we offer summer associates is real, relevant and challenging, and they are granted the opportunity to work alongside some of the world’s most talented and well-respected attorneys.

We want summer associates to interface with as many assigning attorneys in the firm as possible. This allows them the chance to discover individual inclinations for practice areas and chemistries with varying work styles.
