Angelique Lehmann represents financial institutions, private equity funds, mezzanine funds, agent banks, and other institutional investors in connection with corporate and commercial financial transactions focusing on public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions. She regularly advises clients on business law matters involving domestic and international financing and investment issues, including structured financings, acquisition financings, Islamic financings, and other forms of debt and equity financing. Ms. Lehmann also counsels clients on exit-financing, restructuring and workouts of existing facilities.

Representative Matters:
  • Represented the senior lender, agent, and subordinated lender in a $160 million acquisition financing of a company in the mattress manufacturing business.
  • Represented senior lender in a $40 million asset-based lending transaction with deep-sea underwater construction and repair company.
  • Represented senior lender in an $80 million acquisition financing of a factoring company.
  • Helped establish numerous letter-of-credit facilities to finance domestic and international companies.
  • Assisted in syndication of various revolving lines of credit and term-loan facilities.
