Aubrey Meyers represents capital providers such as banks, finance companies, private equity groups, and other investors in connection with corporate and commercial financial transactions involving senior secured credit, acquisition financing, and recapitalizations. Ms. Meyers has also represented agent banks and co-lenders in syndicated credit facilities and has counseled lenders in debt workouts and restructurings.
Ms. Meyers also represents private equity funds, hedge funds, and other pooled investment funds in connection with fund formation and structuring, investment adviser registration, compliance with federal and state securities laws and regulations, and in a wide range of investment and acquisition transactions on behalf of such funds.
Ms. Meyers is dedicated to pro bono representation of asylum seekers in their defensive cases before the immigration court.
