Avi Meyerstein focuses his practice on complex civil, commercial, antitrust, and safety and health litigation.

Mr. Meyerstein has served as lead associate in major antitrust actions in federal district and appellate courts, including a Sherman Act case in which his industrial clients recovered millions of dollars of overpayments caused by a price-fixing conspiracy.

Mr. Meyerstein also regularly counsels and represents clients on OSHA, MSHA and other safety agency investigations and enforcement actions. He has participated in the successful defense or settlement of dozens of penalty cases and assisted clients in maintaining cooperative relationships with the agencies even while presenting a vigorous defense.

Through his pro bono work at the firm, Mr. Meyerstein founded and represents the Alliance for Middle East Peace (ALLMEP), a coalition of over 75 non-governmental organizations that build people-to-people cooperation and coexistence in the Middle East.
