The Anchorage office of Patton Boggs serves clients based in Alaska and who have interests in Alaska. Our Anchorage lawyers understand the unique business and legal issues in Alaska and how outside events, particularly events in Washington, D.C., impact the state and its people. They assist national and local clients in a wide variety of legal matters, with special emphasis on complex litigation, oil and gas, corporate governance (especially ANCSA corporations), natural resources, business, employment, utilities, government contracting, construction, public finance, and public policy.
The Anchorage office is located in the most westerly end of downtown on a small bluff overlooking mud flats and ship yards. The office views, to the north and west across Cook Inlet, include Mount McKinley and the Alaska Range (including numerous active volcanoes). Common sights from our office windows also include pods of beluga whales, soaring bald eagles, and the occasional moose. The office is located within easy distance of a variety of cafes, retail shops, and the Anchorage Center for the Performing Arts.
Our Anchorage office is approximately 15 minutes from the Anchorage International Airport.
