Alan Noskow’s practice focuses primarily on matters involving mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, equity and debt financings, restructurings, reorganizations and other complex business transactions. He regularly represents private equity funds, venture capital funds, mezzanine funds, financial institutions and other institutional investors.
Mr. Noskow also represents companies in all stages of development and has extensive experience working with domestic and international companies in structuring and negotiating arrangements designed to develop, protect and distribute their assets, technologies and products. Mr. Noskow advises clients and handles transactions across a broad range of industries, including technology, financial services and manufacturing.
Additionally, Mr. Noskow represents debtors, committees, lenders and other creditors in all aspects of Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies, including debtor reorganizations, liquidations, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, cash collateral matters and asset sales.
