Alishia Sullivan is a corporate associate in the Firm’s Abu Dhabi office, where she advises clients on a range of commercial matters, international business transactions and international investment in the MENA region. Ms. Sullivan also has substantial experience providing legal advice to international companies and government entities in the areas of finance, direct investment and project finance, with an emphasis on project documentation.

Ms. Sullivan advises clients in connection with investment fund-related matters, including advising fund sponsors on the structuring and offering of investment funds. She also represents institutional investors in connection with offshore investment activities, including reviewing and negotiating investments in private investment funds, and drafting and negotiating investment management and other commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Patton Boggs, Ms. Sullivan worked as an in-house counsel for a state-owned petroleum company in the Middle East where she primarily provided advice with respect to energy projects, general corporate matters, project finance and a variety of matters in relation to industrial cities and ports.
