Thom Gilbert assists clients with disputes involving a wide variety of issues, including complex financial and commercial transactions, insurance coverage, energy and natural resources and construction.
Mr. Gilbert has handled disputes involving mortgage and asset-backed securities, insurance coverage, oil and gas transactions, real estate development, construction projects and finance. He has also successfully represented defendants in wrongful death and product liability matters, and he has considerable state and federal appellate experience. In addition, Mr. Gilbert is skilled at helping clients with issues requiring alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and arbitrations.
