Matt Ford assists clients with numerous legal issues, concentrating in the areas of public policy and litigation. Specifically, Mr. Ford uses his experience in government to address issues involving government investigations.

During his judicial clerkship, Mr. Ford managed cases on the judge’s criminal and civil docket, reviewing all motions for assigned cases, researching the relevant law, and drafting bench memoranda detailing the issues and the application of the law.

While in law school, Mr. Ford served as a legal clerk for the antitrust group of a large international law firm, as a legal intern in the Homicide and Major Crimes Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and as a clerk at the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG), while also working as a member of the Catholic University Law Review.

Before entering law, Mr. Ford worked for a major event management, sports marketing, and client entertainment company focused on golf, where he was on-site manager of the corporate hospitality program for the U.S. Golf Association for the 2000 U.S. Senior Open and the 2001-2003 U.S. Open Golf Championships.
