Caroline Bartlett is an associate in the firm’s civil litigation department, concentrating her practice on the defense of complex toxic tort, product liability, and commercial matters. Ms. Bartlett graduated with high honors from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004, where she received the Raymond Del Tufo Award and the Chicago Title Insurance Award for academic excellence in Constitutional Law and Real Property. During law school, Ms. Bartlett was an articles editor for the Seton Hall Law Review.

Before entering private practice, Ms. Bartlett was a judicial clerk in both the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She currently serves as a Director of the Federal Historical Society of the New Jersey District Court and has previously served on executive boards for non-profit organizations, including the Junior League of Montclair-Newark and the Middleton Early Learning Center, a pre-school in East Orange, New Jersey.

Representative Matters
  • In pro bono work, represented a disenfranchised voter, among others, in litigation challenging the use of direct recording electronic voting machines in the State of New Jersey.  Representation included second-chairing a 25-day bench trial.
