Joel Fauson represents clients in federal and state litigation. Mr. Fauson has assisted individuals in white-collar defense matters and represented corporations in complex commercial and international litigation. His cases have spanned the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, banking, securities, and medical device industries.
Before joining Patton Boggs, Mr. Fauson was an associate at a prominent international law firm where he worked on complex commercial litigation and international regulatory investigations. Previously, he worked for a defense contracting firm, providing programmatic and analytical support to national security and homeland security programs within various federal departments and agencies.
During law school, Mr. Fauson served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law and as a Law Fellow, teaching Legal Research and Writing to law students.
