Mr. Henry has extensive experience in assisting his clients in identifying, strategically managing and protecting, as well as enforcing domestic and international patent and trademark properties, with some emphasis in the realm of medical and surgical devices and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Henry is a registered patent attorney in both the United States (RN 32,735) and Canada, and is involved, at any given time, in a number of federal court actions throughout the U.S in the assertion or defense of patent, trademark, or copyright infringement claims. Mr. Henry's experience and circumstances are such that he is particularly well-suited for assisting clients in intensive, fast-paced patent litigation arenas, such as the Eastern District of Texas. Alongside his longstanding legal career, he has served as a patent law professor at Baylor Law School since 1994. Mr. Henry is also an accomplished pilot and travels frequently to jurisdictions throughout the U.S. for his clients, and posts periodic updates to his popular website pilotatlaw.
