Mr. Perrone represents clients in patent litigations covering a wide array of technologies. His background as an electrical engineer enables him to provide clients with the necessary legal perspective of the complexities of their patent issues. He has counseled clients in various patent related matters and has conducted investigations into patent validity and infringement. He has also prosecuted patents before the United States Patent & Trademark Office and has participated in reexaminations and interference proceedings.
Mr. Perrone spent several years with a prominent intellectual property firm. He also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Karl S. Forester of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
