Devon Corneal is an associate in the firm’s litigation department, where she focuses her practice on general litigation matters ranging from securities litigation to internal investigations.
Ms. Corneal joined the firm in 2008 after serving as an associate at an international law firm. Before entering private practice, Ms. Corneal clerked for both the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Corneal graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, at which time she received the Advanced Student Writing Award. Ms. Corneal was a finalist in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition and won awards for Best Brief and Best Oral Advocate. Ms. Corneal was also named the winner and best oral advocate of the 2003 William E. McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court Competition. In addition to serving as Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, Ms. Corneal was a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board and the Interscholastic Moot Court Board.
