Lesley Bowling Sachs counsels clients on complex civil and corporate litigation, with an emphasis on consumer protection matters. She has represented clients in litigation and prelitigation counseling matters in many fields, including the Federal Trade Commission Act, state consumer protection laws, advertising, intellectual property, breach of contract and health care. Her civil litigation experience includes investigations by several offices of attorneys general, district court actions and multidistrict, class action matters in federal courts around the country.
