Frank “Gus” Biggio advises clients in the public and private sector on a range of business and financial issues, focusing on domestic and international business transactions. Prior to joining Patton Boggs, he was an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of an international law firm and worked for a major financial services bank in New York. Additionally, he was a legislative counsel to a Member of the United States Congress, focusing his efforts on economic, international, and defense issues.
Mr. Biggio represents several pro-bono clients on an ongoing basis, including the Project on National Security Reform, a bipartisan organization that advises the executive and legislative branches on vital national security reform initiatives.
During law school, Mr. Biggio was an editor of the Case Western Reserve Journal of International Law and published two articles in that journal. Prior to law school, Mr. Biggio was on active duty in the United States Marine Corps.
