Andrea Wolf has extensive experience assisting both public and private sector clients. During her time at the Department of Justice’s Counterterrorism Section, Ms. Wolf worked on counterterrorism litigation efforts. Specifically, she reviewed wiretaps to determine relevant information for terrorist litigation and conducted extensive research on sentencing guidelines, the USA Patriot Act, Terrorism Enterprise Investigations and terrorist financing cases.

In the private sector, Ms. Wolf worked as a Government Affairs Specialist for a large Washington firm. In that capacity she developed legislative strategies for a wide array of clients, including the Government of Afghanistan, a national foster care organization, a large pharmaceutical company and an inner-city academic enrichment non-profit organization. As part of her efforts, she regularly met with members of Congress, Congressional staff and clients to discuss lobbying for appropriations and drafting legislative language. Additionally, Ms. Wolf researched, attended and wrote in-depth reports on Congressional hearings addressing topics such as avian flu, North Korean human rights abuses, Medicaid and educational opportunities for foster children. Ms. Wolf has since assisted clients in non-compete employment litigation, Inspector General investigations and Medicare fraud suits.

During law school Ms. Wolf was a semi-finalist in the George Washington University’s Constitutional Law Moot Court competition, and served as a Dean’s Fellow in the Legal Research and Writing Department. She was also a member of the George Washington Mock Trial Team where she competed in mock courtroom settings, and coached other law students the nuances of trial advocacy. Ms. Wolf is fluent in Hebrew.
