Brian Jansen counsels clients in connection with business transactions and real estate matters. Mr. Jansen’s real estate experience includes representing clients in both lending- and acquisition-based transactions. He assists financial institutions and business entities in corporate finance transactions including acquisition financing, asset-based lending, mezzanine credit facilities, equity financing and securitization. He also has experience with renewable energy project development, finance and policy.
