The Patton Boggs' Health Care Group is looking for an attorney with 3 to 5 years of health law regulatory experience and with strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills, particularly in terms of statutory and regulatory research. The position focuses on providing health care regulatory and technical expertise and analysis, paying particular attention to Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues. The applicant should have an excellent academic record with regulatory health care experience, particularly related to the Medicare and/or Medicaid programs.
