Constance Ariagno counsels clients on civil litigation and appellate matters involving complex commercial disputes, lender liability, product liability, real estate transactions and business torts. Ms. Ariagno represents corporations, individuals, financial institutions, real estate companies, manufacturers and distributors in actions, including contract disputes, lender liability claims, tort claims, misappropriation of trade secret claims, product liability claims, wrongful death claims, violation of the Americans with Disability Act and violations of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Previously, Ms. Ariagno served as briefing attorney for the Honorable David Farris, where she assisted with civil and criminal appellate matters.


Before attending law school, Ms. Ariagno worked in the banking and real estate industries.

Representative Matters:
  • Obtained a defense verdict after a five-day jury trial on claims of fraud in connection with a real estate transaction.
  • Obtained a favorable arbitration award in connection with a construction contract.
  • Obtained summary judgment on numerous cases including creditor claims and option-to-renew license claims.
  • Participated in a favorable appeal for a commercial lender which challenged the dismissal of lender liability claims against the lender.
  • Negotiated a favorable settlement in a wrongful death case.
  • Participated in drafting and arguing a successful motion to dismiss a trust in an asset-backed securities case.
