Charlotte Bocquin assists counsel and clients in a wide variety of litigation matters filed in state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions.
Ms. Bocquin has 15 years of experience in a range of litigation and non-litigation matters, including employment and civil rights, entertainment law, and contract administration with a major record label. Her background, knowledge, and experience all combine to make her proficient in the management of all aspects of the litigation process including drafting filings in state, federal, and appellate courts; managing discovery issues; deposition preparation; document productions; trial preparation and support; and courtroom presentations.
Ms. Bocquin’s primary focus, currently, is on environmental, health, and safety-related cases, including cases involving MSHA, OSHA, and other federal agencies.
