Caroline A. Davidson-Hood is an associate at Patton Boggs focusing on a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters. As a summer associate at the firm, Ms. Davidson-Hood assisted with regulatory investigations and administrative proceedings and participated in the successful litigation of an injunction for an international oil and gas operator. As an associate at Patton Boggs, she has assisted with administrative appeals, motion practice, as well as products liability and insurance litigation.

During law school, Ms. Davidson-Hood interned for Judge Richard Kramer in the Complex Civil Litigation Division of the San Francisco Superior Court, where she conducted research for the court regarding issues arising in class actions and coordinated civil actions. Ms. Davidson-Hood also served as a summer associate for the San Francisco employment law firm, Neyhart, Anderson, Flynn & Grosboll, where she assisted with Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) matters and class action litigation. She graduated from the University of California Berkeley School of Law, where she was a general member of the Berkeley Journal of Gender Law and Justice, and served as a research assistant for a professor of administrative law.
