Ms. Didden represents commercial and noncommercial educational radio, television, cable, satellite, wireless and wireline companies before the Federal Communications Commission as well as other state and federal agencies. Her expertise includes licensing, regulatory compliance, spectrum auctions, enforcement matters, commercial transactions, and monitoring developments in communications legislation and regulation and information technology. She also counsels clients in new technologies and in related areas such as trademark, copyright, and music licensing.

During law school, Ms. Didden was a senior regulatory analyst at Teligent and a legal specialist with two law firms where she was responsible for state and federal regulatory compliance, wireless licensing and interconnection issues.

Before going to law school, she also worked as a communications paralegal specializing in licensing, regulatory compliance and commercial transactions for radio, television, wireless and satellite companies.
