Cheryl Hinton joined Patton Boggs LLP in 2006 and assists attorneys in a variety of corporate and securities transactions; reporting and compliance obligations under federal and state laws; mergers and acquisitions; public and private offerings; and corporate governance matters.
Before joining Patton Boggs, Ms. Hinton was a paralegal at a Boulder, CO business where she assisted with corporate and securities transactions as well as matters of intellectual property. Her responsibilities also included managing the employee stock option and purchase plans, serving as the transfer agent to the preferred shareholders, assisting the corporate secretary and board of directors, and risk management activities. She is also experienced in employment and construction litigation.
