Caroline Maxwell’s practice is focused on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, including patent, copyright and trademark disputes as well as other civil litigation matters.
Ms. Maxwell represents domestic and international clients in federal courts throughout the country, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and various alternative dispute resolution forums. Ms. Maxwell’s experience includes representation of companies in matters involving medical and surgical devices, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, software and computer hardware. Ms. Maxwell has also successfully represented a client in an appeal to the Federal Circuit for alleged patent infringement of medical devices.
