Caitlin McCormick advises clients on numerous legislative and regulatory matters pertaining to health care. Ms. McCormick keeps her clients informed of recent changes in health care laws and works to advocate her clients’ interests to lawmakers. In addition, she counsels clients on issues related to investigations of health care fraud.
Before joining Patton Boggs, Ms. McCormick worked with the Harvard School of Public Health Human Subjects Committee, where she advised the Committee regarding the Federal False Claims Act and its application to academic medical centers. She also researched international laws governing human subject research and assisted researchers in navigating these laws. Previously, while at the National Research Center for Women and Families, she advocated health policy issues relating to the FDA and federal funding of cancer research.
