Catherine Pushchak concentrates her practice in the area of complex civil litigation, including products liability, toxic torts and international law. She also counsels clients on homeland security matters.
Ms. Pushchak has participated in the defense of class action lawsuits stemming from legacy litigation and products liability on behalf of major chemical, industrial and medical manufacturers in federal and state courts. She also has extensive experience implementing defense strategies for companies that have been sued based upon their provision of goods or services to the United States or foreign governments.
