Chris Wenger concentrates his practice on complex white-collar criminal and civil litigation.
Mr. Wenger brings to Patton Boggs an academic background focused heavily on litigation and dispute resolution, particularly as it relates to criminal law. While in law school, Mr. Wenger prosecuted Massachusetts District Court cases as part of a clinical program, served as a law clerk in the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Maine, and was awarded Best Brief in the Edward C. Stone Appellate Moot Court Competition. Mr. Wenger was also a member of the Boston University International Law Journal.
Before practicing law, Mr. Wenger was a Senior Research Associate with an investment consulting firm where he performed due diligence and oversight on leveraged buyout, distressed debt, and mezzanine private equity funds on behalf of endowments, foundations, and other institutional investors. Mr. Wenger previously managed a small business in Malawi, Africa.
