David Allred assists individual clients and public and private corporations with corporate, securities and regulatory matters. In particular, he assists clients with financial services matters, including issues pertaining to federal and state regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters, as well as advises clients on compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA Patriot Act and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). His legal work is bolstered by a strong background in finance – he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and possesses a wealth of experience in the area.
Before attending law school, Mr. Allred was a manager at a former “Big Five” accounting firm and after, a senior managing consultant for an independent consulting firm. At both firms, he provided litigation, financial, health care, energy and operational consulting services to government agencies, legal counsel and large companies.
