Daina Borteck is an associate in the firm’s litigation department concentrating in the defense of complex toxic tort and commercial matters.
Ms. Borteck joined the firm after serving as an associate at a large international law firm. Before entering private practice, Ms. Borteck was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge John W. Bissell of the New Jersey Federal District Court. She was also an Alexander Fellow, Heyman Scholar, and a member of the Cardozo Law Review.
