Deanna Buck advises clients on a variety of business law issues, including questions related to the legal and tax aspects of domestic and international business transactions. She provides representation in connection with structuring and negotiating the purchase of substantial interests in private equity and real estate investment funds in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Ms. Buck regularly drafts, negotiates, and reviews partnership and limited liability company agreements.
Ms. Buck is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) and worked as a corporate accountant before attending law school. Ms. Buck was previously an associate at a major international law firm, where she concentrated on federal, state, and local tax matters arising in corporate transactions. She also has experience in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. During the course of her career, Ms. Buck has counseled corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts, and individuals in a variety of industries.
