With 25 years of experience, Deborah Eddins assists the firm’s attorneys in various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of property, leasing, commercial development, financing, and commercial lending transactions.
Ms. Eddins provides support to partners and associates in the representation of lenders and developers in commercial transactions. In addition to title and survey review, she facilitates due diligence matters and coordinates resolution of issues working with title companies, surveyors, and clients toward a successful closing. Ms. Eddins assists with the drafting of loan documents, deeds, contracts, and corporate organizational documents and resolutions. She also aids with foreclosure proceedings and related due diligence, and she has conducted foreclosure sales.
