Presented by the Homeland Security,
National Defense and Technology Transfer Practice Group

Join us for this Export Update Course featuring insight from three seasoned export control practitioners on today’s most pertinent enforcement issues and legislative initiatives, including:

  • The $100 million criminal case against ITT for the improper handling of night vision equipment and technology;
  • Legislative efforts to bar subsidiaries of U.S. firms from doing business with Iran, Sudan, and other countries subject to U.S. sanctions; and
  • Critical regulatory changes affecting exports to China and the Persian Gulf.

The speakers will cover practical tips on compliance tailored to the modern cross-border operations, specific enforcement and settlement trends, initiatives to streamline certain licensing, and ways to mesh these complex rules with modern business practice.
