Patton Boggs Participates in the Lloyd M. Johnson, Jr. Scholarship Program
Patton Boggs is proud to commit $30,000 for three individual scholarships for minority law students as part of the Lloyd M. Johnson , Jr. Scholarship Program. Established by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA), this program helps minority law students meet financial needs, such as payment of tuition, book costs, and assorted fees. In addition, it exposes them to leaders in the profession who can guide and mentor their careers.
Patton Boggs Establishes NCLR Law Student Scholarship
Patton Boggs will be awarding a $10,000 scholarship to underwrite a first-year Hispanic law student in summer employment aimed at furthering the National Council of La Raza’s (NCLR) mission to advance career opportunities for Hispanic Americans. Through this annual scholarship program, the firm hopes to have a direct, positive effect on improving the prospects for numerous Hispanic youths in the legal field. Patton Boggs is also outside general counsel to NCLR.
