With more than 15 years of courtroom experience, Donna Munyer assists in all aspects of complex civil litigation, including alternative dispute resolution, e-discovery and trial exhibit presentation. Ms. Munyer has broad experience supporting attorneys in county, state and federal jurisdictions.
Ms. Munyer provides research, drafts memoranda and pleadings and assists in the development of litigation holds, check-lists for harvesting documents and detailed production logs. She maintains organized chain-of-custody records of media, data and productions, and also creates document management plans, database coding manuals and issue reports in the discovery phase of litigation.
In addition, Ms. Munyer provides technology support, including creating and maintaining case file and trial databases; importing deposition and video transcripts, video clip reports and other demonstratives; searching, reformatting, converting and exporting data; designing forms and reports; scanning; OCR; and coding. She also assists with electronic document production, including native or image files, CDs and DVDs; batch printing processes; and electronic filing. Ms. Munyer is well versed in trial technology software, including data manipulation in Trial Director, courtroom or war room equipment set up and on-site technology support for legal teams. She was certified for E-Discovery by Kroll On-Track in 2005. She also holds training certifications from InData for the Trial Director Suite and from Lexis for CaseMap, TimeMap and TextMap, as well as Time Matters software.
In addition to maintaining a significant caseload, Ms. Munyer actively participates in Patton Boggs’ pro bono cases covering a variety of legal matters.
