Donna Vetrano assists a diverse group of clients —including privately and publicly held corporations, large multinational companies, and individuals—in complex commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Vetrano advocates on behalf of clients on a wide range of matters in state and federal courts, as well as during alternative dispute resolutions. Her practice covers all facets of litigation, including pre-trial discovery and motions practice, trials and post-trial appeals, contracts, intellectual property, and mine health and safety, among other areas. 

Before joining Patton Boggs, Ms. Vetrano externed for the Honorable G. Thomas Porteous, Jr., U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana. Ms. Vetrano was also associated with a national firm based in New York city where she focused on complex commercial disputes involving national and international law.
