Eric Daleo concentrates his practice in complex commercial and toxic tort matters. Mr. Daleo joined the firm after serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Barry T. Albin, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. In that role, he reviewed petitions for certification, prepared memoranda for review by the Court and assisted in drafting written opinions in a variety of civil and state constitutional law matters.
During law school, Mr. Daleo served as the managing editor of the Rutgers Law Journal and received both the Albert J. Blaustein Memorial and First Year Legal Research and Writing Awards. He also served in the New Jersey Office of Legislative Services as a New Jersey Henry J. Raimondo Legislative Fellow.
