Eric Pfeifle advises clients in the commercial finance industry, including banks and financial institutions, business capital companies and private funds, on a variety of types of corporate finance matters. Mr. Pfeifle handles asset-based and cash flow lending, leveraged acquisitions and recapitalizations, subordinated debt and mezzanine financings, real estate financings, bulk financial asset acquisitions and other forms of debt and equity financing. Mr. Pfeifle also has extensive experience advising clients on restructurings, workouts and bankruptcy matters relating to these financings.
Mr. Pfeifle has also counseled clients on structured finance matters, including the structuring and documenting of re-discount lending, factoring, resort financing and timeshare financing. Mr. Pfeifle also advises clients on construction, receivable and domestic and foreign inventory financings, as well as warehouse and purchase facilities related to domestic consumer financings, in connection with resorts and timeshare projects.
