Estela Price advises clients in the public and private sector on a wide range of business issues, focusing on domestic and international business transactions. As a Mexican American, she has had the fortune of living half of her life in the United States and half in Mexico. Having learned the culture and language of both of her parents, she has recognized the importance of maintaining an economic regional mindset influenced by a global perspective. She studied in the United States, Mexico and France and speaks all three languages fluently.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Price worked at BANCOMEXT (Mexican Import-Export Bank) in France as a market analyst for Mexico-France imports, served in both the federal governments of the United States and Mexico and in both the Senate and the House of Representatives. Ms. Price has participated in the 2007 Guatemalan presidential campaign and in the 2008 U.S. presidential campaign. Having served at various levels of the U.S. government and internationally, Price not only recognizes the importance of working with the government in order to bring about social, political and economic change, but has learned the intricacies involved in working with sovereign nations and their relationships to the United States.
