Partner Cynthia Schultz will speak at BICSI‘s Winter conference on the topic, "Opportunities to Reach the Educational and Rural Health Care Markets Through USF’s E-Rate and Rural Health Care Pilot Programs."  Her presentation focuses on the various opportunities technology companies have to provide telecommunications and information services to K-12 schools and libraries, as well as rural health care facilities.
