On March 26, 2010, Jennifer Richter will be speaking at Ball State Univeristy on the topic of, "The National Broadband Plan: FCC Recommendations, Policy Proposals and Consequences for Legal Practitioners." This seminar will address a range of law and policy issues related to greater broadband deployment in Indiana and throughout the na­tion.
