Eric Westenberger’s practice focuses mainly on mass/toxic torts, product liability, securities, and commercial litigation. Mr. Westenberger has defended several product liability, toxic tort, and class action matters for numerous high-profile clients, including a major food biotechnology company, the largest telecommunications organization in the U.S., a leading technologies business, the most established manufacturer operating in the home improvement and automotive industry, and one of the world’s premier providers of branded casino entertainment. His diverse experience spans the entire litigation process, from the investigatory and pleading stages through discovery and, finally, trial.
Mr. Westenberger also has experience advising companies on issues relating to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, suspicious activity reporting and detection, and the implementation of corporate compliance programs. Immediately before joining Patton Boggs, Mr. Westenberger pursued a successful litigation practice at one of Am Law’s five largest law firms.
