Eric White counsels clients on business law matters involving domestic and international finance transactions including structured financings, bridge financings, and other financial services areas, as well as the formation of private debt and equity investment funds.
Mr. White has represented numerous financial institutions in connection with leveraged buy-outs, leveraged recapitalizations, refinancings, subordinated debt investments, asset-based lending, equipment and project financings, and the related restructurings and workouts of said transactions. He also represents corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies in general corporate matters.
Before joining the firm, Mr. White served as assistant general counsel at the Public Utility Commission of Texas in Austin, in the electric and telecommunications industries.
Representative Matters:
- Represented senior lender in a $40 million asset-based lending transaction with deep-sea underwater construction and repair company.
- Represented mezzanine fund in debt and equity investment of $85.5 million in a national dental practice management company.
- Represented issuer in a $1.1 billion warehouse facility for residential mortgage loans.
- Represented lender in $100 million project finance deal related to the construction of a biodiesel plant.
