Edward Yennock concentrates his practice in the arena of complex civil litigation, including international disputes, intellectual property litigation, and environmental matters. Mr. Yennock navigates clients through highly sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional matters, including those involved in cross-continental environmental disputes raising a myriad of cutting-edge issues of international law and relations. He also counsels domestic clients involved in multi-jurisdictional trademark and mass tort litigation.
In addition to handling every facet of complex civil litigation, Mr. Yennock also has provided advice to clients with an eye to avoiding and mitigating litigation risk before any dispute arises, including the advisement of private investment funds facing prospective, novel litigation issues concerning the protection of confidential investment information. He also has substantial experience handling federal appeals in circuit courts of appeal around the country.
Prior to joining Patton Boggs, Mr. Yennock graduated with honors from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Seton Hall Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law. While pursuing his degree, Mr. Yennock interned with the Litigation Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General as well as the New York State Supreme Court, New York County.
