Mr. Al-Asmakh concentrates his practice in the area of corporate law, advising clients seeking entry into the Middle East, with a focus on Qatari affairs, project finance, corporate governance and investments. Mr. Al-Asmakh’s knowledge allows him to advise clients in a wide range of domestic and international matters.
Mr. Al-Asmakh has considerable experience in real estate laws, structuring joint ventures between Qatari and international companies and advising local and international clients on various issues of Qatar law.
Before joining the firm, he worked as a legal advisor for Regency Holding. During this internship program, Mr. Al-Asmakh served as the first point of contact to prospective clients and also provided support and assistance to ensure effective administration and coordination of legal assignments and ongoing projects. Some of his previous accomplishments include undertaking senior legal advisor responsibilities, specializing in contract drafting. He has also successfully participated in various contract reviews and evaluations, legal matters and consultations.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, Mr. Al-Asmakh received his LL.B from Swansea University in Wales and his LL.M from Georgetown School of Law in International Business and Economic Law.
