Judith Bagley advises clients on all aspects of civil litigation, including a broad range of commercial and complex litigation matters. Her practice focuses on issues involving contracts, environmental matters and toxic tort cases, energy concerns and construction matters.
Ms. Bagley has been active in community and political organizations and served on the Advisory Committee on Judicial Appointments for the Western District of Texas. She was appointed by the president to the Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services.
